The Keywords settings page manages the tags automatically assigned to employees based on their data, as well as any custom labels you want to apply manually. Navigate there via Settings → Keywords.

System keywords are automatically calculated by Evenpay based on employee data. They update when analysis runs. You can enable or disable each one, and click Recalculate All to refresh them manually.

Evenpay includes 8 system keywords by default, all enabled:

Each system keyword can be customized via the ⋯ menu — for example, adjusting the threshold that triggers the "Overpaid" tag. Disabled keywords are not calculated or displayed anywhere in the platform.

Custom keywords are labels you create for manual tagging — applied to employees directly rather than calculated automatically. They're useful for situations like "Key Person", "Promotion Candidate", or any other label relevant to your workflows.

Click + Add Keyword to create a new custom keyword. Once created, it can be assigned to employees manually from their profile.
