Organization

Configure your company information, work schedule, compliance setup, and organization management options in Evenpay.

The Organization settings page covers your company's core configuration. Navigate there via Settings → Organization in the main navigation.

Company

The Company section holds your organization's basic information used across the platform and in generated documents.

Field

Description

Company Name (required)

The name displayed throughout Evenpay and in any generated reports or documents

Domain

Your company's web domain (e.g. company.com)

VAT Number

Your organization's VAT registration number, used in compliance documentation

Industry

The sector your organization operates in

Company Size

Employee headcount range (e.g. 1–10, 11–50, etc.)

Currency (required)

The base currency used for salary figures across the platform

Operating Markets

The countries your organization operates in. Select multiple. This affects which regulatory requirements apply.

Default Language

The language used for AI-generated content such as pay information responses

Work Schedule Settings

Work schedule settings define your organization's standard working pattern. These values are used to convert between hourly, monthly, and annual salaries accurately — so getting them right matters for pay equity analysis.

Country Defaults

If you operate in a country with standard working time norms, you can apply that country's defaults automatically. Select a country from the dropdown and click Apply [Country] Defaults to populate the Basic Work Pattern fields. This is a quick way to set correct values without manual research — for example, applying Finland defaults would set the Finnish standard working week.

Click Save Settings to apply any changes.

Compliance Setup

The Compliance Setup section helps you configure Evenpay for pay equity compliance from scratch.

Guided Setup Wizard — a step-by-step walkthrough that takes you through the key configuration decisions: job architecture, pay factors, compensation settings, and alert thresholds. Click Start Setup to begin. The wizard is especially useful when you're setting up Evenpay for the first time and want to make sure nothing is missed.

Organization Management

This section contains irreversible actions that affect all data in your organization. Use with caution.

Clear All Data

Removes all employees, positions, analytics, and other data. The organization structure (job levels, families, etc.) remains intact.

Clear Organization Structure

Removes your job level hierarchy and organizational structure

All employees, positions, and salary bands must be removed first

Delete Organization

Permanently deletes the organization and all associated data. All members lose access immediately.
